The Challenge
The client, Lan Zhou Rail, in China?s Gansu province, was looking for a premium console solution for its railway control room.
But before moving forward, the client wanted to see an accurate representation of what the end product would look like and how it would integrate with the control room itself. A premium aesthetic appearance was of the utmost importance to the client in this project.
The Evans Solution
Evans' Imaging department went to work to meet the client's expectations. With a custom Identity console/millwork design and room layout done by Evans, coupled with all the details of the control room the consoles would be integrated in, numerous photo-realistic renderings were created to show the client.
Every detail from the various console finishes to the control room carpet to the color of the walls were integrated into the renderings. After seeing what was essentially a detailed image of exactly how the room would look, the client knew that Evans was their choice, hands down.
The custom millwork and premium consoles made this control room the best in the China Rail system. Its wow factor alone has drawn most of the China Rail senior officers from all over China to Lan Zhou City just to see it.
