Evans Consoles Awarded the Export Manufacturer of the Year
Evans Consoles is pleased to announce they have been selected as the 2009 Alberta Export Awards "Export Manufacturer of the Year" in the Manufacturing - Other category. The award, paying tribute to Alberta's leading exporters, recognizes Evans Consoles for their contributions and innovation to Manufacturing in Alberta.
Evans Consoles has been acknowledged for their work in producing and exporting leading edge Command and Control consoles to organizations around the world. The Award was presented during the Gala Awards event on March 25, 2009 at The Westin Hotel in Edmonton. Greg Smith, CEO of Evans Consoles said "Alberta has a long history of innovation and a strong work ethic. I'm extremely proud of our employees and their contributions which allowed us to achieve this much appreciated recognition. Our strategy and home grown intellectual capabilities combined with excellent quality have allowed us to achieve over 92% international exports and allow us to work with a large number of the worlds greatest companies and organizations."
