Evans Awarded High Profile 911 PSAC Project by City of New York

EVANS has been awarded contract by City of New York, Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications, for the turnkey design, manufacture and installation of communications center console furniture for the upgrade to its Public Safety Answering Center (PSAC-1).The City of New York has initiated a major project to upgrade the public safety call taking and dispatching operations within the Public Safety Answering Center (PSAC-1). Once complete, this upgraded state-of-the-art facility will be one of the largest and most sophisticated operations in the world. “This is a proud day for Evans to be given the opportunity to serve the City of New York public safety infrastructure with an award of this significance and importance” says Greg Smith, Evans CEO.
