Many of these spaces are planned as part of MILCON designs for DoD customers, and similar planning processes for our National Security customers.

Federal operation centers are rarely modernized for common reason – it’s costly to shut down or relocate a mission to a back-up facility and allow for a renovation. In some cases, it’s impossible to shut down a mission.
An example of this is our FAA Nationwide Contract for renovating FAA Air Traffic Control Tower Cabs.

For our National Security customers, we employ staff with the security clearances necessary to work in SCIFs for needs analysis, site surveys, modernizations, and ongoing support.
