- To lead opportunities or to support the field sales force in closing opportunities within an assigned area of responsibility.
- To generate sales leads.
- To provide comprehensive training to the Evans organization.
- To build Evans’ relationships with key suppliers, integrators, and clients within the area of responsibility.
- The BD position may also play roles within Evans product development initiatives
- BD position may be assigned roles on cross-functional teams within the organization.
- University degree preferred, but not required.
- Significant, documented experience within the area of responsibility is required.
- In depth knowledge of the area of responsibility
- Sales skills in a complex sales environment.
- Multi-dimensional knowledge of their area of responsibility.
- Must be able to perform with minimal supervision from a home office.
- Desire to work as part of a team to accomplish goals.
- Motivated by a changing environment.
- Motivated by sales targets and quotas.
- Significant travel may be required.
